Casa Rural Muro de Aguas

The Rural House is located in the center of the village next to the Townhall square and famous throughout the region 14-pipe fountain.

It is a fully restored traditional shepherd's house that preserves its old wood and stone structure as well as the traditional mangers and winepress.

The stables were located on the ground floor, the shepherd's quartes were situated on the second floor, and the cereals warehouse on the third floor. It is a big house with plenty of space that retains its old spirit in decoration and structure, with high ceilings and thick walls, warm in winter but cool in summer.

The entrance of the house is in the village's main street, it is an open space where the old winepress was located which is still preserved. There is plenty of room to store your bikes or other items. On the street you can take advantage of the stone benches next to the trees that keep the atmosphere fresh. In this same street there is a plenty of places to park your cars.

From the entrance you access the living room and kitchen, again wide and bright. The ancient wooden beams and stone walls, in which still stand the mangers, will immediately catch your eyes.

On one side of the floor there is a small courtyard with the barbecue and the biomass boiler. In one corner the kitchen is fully equipped and in addition to the dining table there is still room for sofas and TV as well as a for a toilet. It is the common space in which life develops and where special moments are shared in a very intimate environment.

We go up to the first floor by the stairs where we find a cosy space with a sofa. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a terrace on this floor. On the main facade's side we find "The Owl's" bedroom provided with 2 single beds and its own bathroom. On the courtyard's side "The Kitchen" bedroom also with 2 single beds and its own bathroom that is just outside the room. Finally the bedroom "La Fresquera" has 2 single beds and its own bathroom inside the room. The covered terrace connects "La Fresquera" and "The Kitchen" bedrooms, a perfect place to enjoy sunsets. All 3 bedrooms are large and we can accommodate extra beds when needed.

We keep going up the stairs to the second floor where we find the 3 other bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms and a terrace. By the side of the entrance façade is "The Canopy" bedroom with double bed covered by a canopy. Above the courtyard is "La Carrasca" bedroom with 2 single beds. These two rooms share the bathroom in the corridor. The "Los Alorines" Bedroom has 1 double bed and its own bathroom inside the room. In "The Canopy" and "La Carrasca" bedrooms there is enough room for extra beds. On this floor we also have another covered terrace very cool in summer.
