The house has two completely renovated floors and can be rented as a whole or by individual rooms.

On the ground floor, you will find the living room, which is decorated with two warm and inviting areas. One area features a comfortable sofa in front of the television, where you can relax, and the other area is perfect for spending the last hours of the day talking about your day and preparing for the next day.

Access to the first floor is via a wide and comfortable staircase, made of wood and terracotta, with a wrought-iron and wooden banister. Here, you will find the reception area, library room, a toilet, and 8 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.If you choose to rent the entire house, the kitchen, dining room, and lounge are located in a separate building connected by the garden, which we call "El Rincón." This building features modern facilities for our customers, including kitchen equipment and furniture for them to enjoy while preparing meals.

The house is equipped with a modern heating system, with radiators, an oil boiler, and a bio-mass boiler, which ensures a comfortable temperature even on the coldest winter days. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
